On 31 January 2024, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, co-hosts the Val Duchesse Social Partners Summit, together with Alexander De Croo, Belgian Prime Minister, on behalf of the Belgian Presidency of the Council of the EU. Margaritis Schinas, Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of promoting our European Way of Life, and acting European Commissioner for International Partnerships, Nicolas Schmit, European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights, and the leaders of European social partners attend as well.
