Show transcript

Hello Vitaly, Freedom,

I just have one question connected with the result of election in Czech Republic.

Do you see some threat for initiative of High Representative ammunition initiative

because Czech was very important in supply of artillery ammunition to Ukraine. Thank you. Thanks, Anita's joining me.

Of course, the commission always works with all governments in the member states, so I don't think we're gonna.

Change in any way our approach 100% I confirm and the High Representative is in touch with all member states in this regard because

the plan is to support the member states and to call on them to step up their support for Ukraine and in buying ammunition. You have a follow up. Go ahead, Vitali.

Maybe you have some numbers, what, what's the implementation of this initiative. 100% or 90%. Thank you.

So when it comes to the High Representative initiative on ammunition, we are still at the 80% target,

as I said, the High Representative is in touch with the member states also for the absolute newest data.

We'll have also a meeting on FAC on defense next week on Wednesday,

on the 15th of October, so this will be an opportunity to continue the exchange. Questions on the same matter? Go ahead.

Hi, Angela Skujins from TVP World, just following up from that.

Out of the 80%, how much has has the Czech Republic contributed to that figure

and have they delivered on the ammunition yet or is that still to be supplied? Thank you. Thank you.

On this, I'll invite you also to get in touch with our Czech counterparts,

as I said, on the details on the numbers, discussions are still ongoing.

The meeting will take place next week.

I can give you just the broader numbers and the percentage. Other questions on this topic? No, since Anitta's here with me.

Other questions on foreign affairs, so we're staying on foreign affairs. Go ahead.
