On 23 and 24 March 2023, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, and the Heads of State or Government of the EU met in Brussels, Belgium, for the European Council spring meeting hosted by Charles Michel, President of the European Council. Amongst other subjects, they discussed about : the fight against climate change, the case of abducted Ukrainian children, economic and industrial competitiveness, and migration.
