Statement by Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, on the Dispute Resolution Mechanism
On 14 January 2020, Ursula von der Leyen, President of the EC and the Members of the College of the EC, gathered together in Strasbourg for their weekly meeting.
Among other items, they discussed the financing of the European Green Deal: The European Green Deal Investment Plan and Just Transition Mechanism, the communication on "A strong social Europe for just transitions", the launch of the first stage consultation with social partners on Fair Minimum Wages in the EU, the consultation of the EC to the ECJ about interim measures regarding the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court in Poland and latest Foreign Policy Developments.
