How to manage my company account and my users

From the menu, you can view and manage your company's data.

You can modify information on your company and your transport manager

and save your changes.

You can also view and manage your company's users.

The list of registered users is displayed.

Possible user actions are available at the end of each row.

You can filter the list of users.

The filter is based on the names and email addresses of users.

Click on the related row to view a user's details.

You can modify their information.

You can also edit or delete users directly from the list.

There must be at least one user defined for your company.

You cannot delete the last user.

You can invite colleagues to register in the application

to have access to your company.

By filling in their email address,

the invited user appears in the list.

The invitation status is displayed.

If needed, you can re-send the invitation email.

You can delete the invitation.

This prevents invited users from registering in the application.

Invited users will receive an email

with a link for registering in the application.

Once they register, the invitation will be removed from the list

and they will appear in the list of users.

Once registered, users will have full access to the whole application

with rights to perform all the actions

and permission to manage the users, drivers,

declarations and requests for documents.
