Before you can use the 2FA or 2 Factor authentication, with a pincode and QR methods, you have

to download and install the EU Login app.

You can download and install it on your mobile phone or your tablet.

Don't worry, it's easy and free.

Register your mobile device in your EU Login account.

This preliminary step is compulsory for both methods.

But the good news is, you only must do it once.

Now simply type your email and EU Login password.

After signing in, go to the parameters and click My Account Menu.

Type the name you want to give to your device and choose a pin code.

Now take your device.

Here I'm using my phone.

Let's open the EU Login app.

You need to initialize your device.

Scan the QR code and enter your pin code.

Oh yes, you've not a step put 1, 2, 3, 4.

Of course, don't do it at home.

Quick and easy, your mobile device is added and linked to your profile.

If you want, you can add several other peripherals from the My Account Menu.

But of course only if necessary.

Now that you have linked your mobile, let me show you the different verification methods.

To choose a method, select the arrow next to password.

We will start with a mobile app and a pin code to authenticate.

To validate the request, first open the EU Login application on your mobile device.

First continue to confirm the pending authentication request.

Then insert your pin code to finalize the validation.

If you are more of a QR code type, feel free and use that verification method.

This method offers a significant advantage.

It doesn't require an internet connection.

Scan the QR code from your mobile thanks to EU Login app.

And then copy the one-time password displayed back.
