On 9 June 2023, the 3955th meeting of Justice and Home Affairs Council (Justice) took place in Luxembourg.

During this meeting, the EU Ministers responsible for Justice and Home Affairs focused on several agreements on legislation relating to violence against women and media freedom but also to update existing measures relating to the fight against organised crime, namely in the areas of human trafficking.
