On 6 November 2023, Josep Borrell Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of a stronger Europe in the World, attended the EU Ambassadors Conference in Brussels, Belgium. 

The Conference was the opportunity for the Participants to discuss with the EU Leaders and other High-Level speakers on the European Union’s response to developments and challenges outside EU’s borders and give their insights from the ground.
