On 12 February 2024, Josep Borrelles Fontelles, High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission in charge of a stronger Europe in the World, chaired the informal meeting of Ministers for Development, held in Brussels, Belgium.

On this occasion, Ministers took stock of the EU’s international cooperation and development policy at the mid-term of the 2021-27 Multi-annual Financial Framework. Under current affairs, Ministers discussed Ukraine, notably the state of play of the Ukraine Facility.
