Do you want to apply for funding under
the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme?
Here are a few tips to help you through the application process.
Funding and Tenders Portal
provides comprehensive support to applicants
under its section Guidance and Manuals.
In particular, IT HOW TO area explains in detail
how to participate
and how to successfully submit a proposal.
The application process can be simple!
Just follow the QUICK STEPS.
To ensure that the call you're interested in is truly the best fit,
read carefully the eligibility section of the call document.
If you have not already done so,
register your organisation
and obtain a Participant Identification Code.
This enables you to initiate the submission process
from the call for proposals website
and start working on your proposal
in the Submission service by entering your PIC.
At this point
you can enter the required information and add mandatory and optional annexes.
As many CERV calls privilege projects submitted in partnership
you will be asked to identify your partners.
Here, the Proposal roles and access rights section
can be helpful to learn more
about the roles of the Proposal Coordinator and Partners.
If you do not have a partner and you need one,
Funding and Tenders Portal
can even facilitate partners’ search.
Different types of documents are required to apply for the call,
they are specified in the admissibility section of every call document
and the Submission environment is configured accordingly.
To fully understand what parts you need to fill in online
and how to complete and attach annexes,
you can follow the specifications provided
in IT HOW TO area in Proposal Forms window
under Submit a proposal section.
When you have completed all the steps,
you can submit your proposal!
You can still return and edit the proposal
any time before the submission deadline.
If you need support,
you can find additional information
on the European Commission's Funding and Tenders Portal in its section
IT HOW TO, or get support from one of our helpdesks
specified on Call for proposals webpage and in the Call document.
You can also get inspired by CERV awarded projects listed on the portal
under the Projects & Results section.
The call document also contains a link to a list
of National Contact Points, who can offer further assistance.
Many of them have websites
with detailed application process instructions in your language.
Take advantage of the opportunities offered
by the Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values programme
and apply for funding.
